Effective September 1, 2026, Kolob Express has implemented two leadership role changes designed to strengthen the distinction between business development and operational management.

Ever Martínez, founder of Kolob Express, has transitioned from Director of Operations to Founder and Director of Business Development. In this role, he will lead the company’s commercial strategy, client acquisition, account development, and industry outreach.
His work will focus particularly on developing relationships with biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, IVF, clinical research, laboratory, and healthcare organizations around the world that require time-critical, temperature-controlled, or compliance-driven domestic, import, and export shipping and logistics services.
Karina Reyes has assumed the role of Director of Operations and will lead the company’s daily operational execution. Her responsibilities include domestic, import, and export shipment coordination, service planning, courier and vendor management, shipment monitoring, documentation oversight, operational escalations, quality performance, and the implementation of client-specific procedures.
This structure provides dedicated leadership for both commercial development and operational execution while maintaining close coordination between the two areas. New client requirements identified through business development will be translated into clear procedures and practical workflows by Karina and the operations team.
Kolob Express remains focused on specialized shipping and logistics services for biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, IVF, clinical research, laboratory, and healthcare organizations. Its capabilities include time-critical pickup and delivery, temperature-controlled packaging, dry ice replenishment, data loggers, airfreight coordination, customs-clearance support, laboratory and shipping supplies, and documentation guidance for biological and other regulated materials.
